Usage of the vehicle is at disposal generally for 09 hours from 09:00-18:00hrs daily.
Only two pieces of bags (01 piece of luggage big and 01 small) will be accommodated for each adult passenger.
Road tolls / Highway Entry fees/ Parking/ Airport tickets to be paid by the customer/ passenger on the spot.
Accommodation for Chauffeur Guides in the cities except Colombo: Star class hotels will provide driver accommodation on FOC, if not the average cost of US$ 10/- - US$ 13/- Per Night will be applicable.
Extras hours after 18:00hrs: Vehicle detention cost of US$ 03/- Per Hour will be applicable.
Replacing a vehicle in 24 hours island-wide in case a vehicle break-down.

Refundable Deposit for a vehicle ranges from Rs.25,000/= to Rs.100,000/= upon the vehicle category.
